Delivery Terms & Conditions

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking number. Cost of delivery will be calculated according to the total weight of your order.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the package. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and postage fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Items that are on pre-order status will take between 2-3 weeks to reach the customer after payment has been received. These items are not currently in stock but can be sourced from the supplier if the customer chooses to order them.

Please note that there is no regular postage as we have had problems in the past with packages not being delivered properly so we would like to have tracking with all our deliveries so that nothing gets lost.

iCandy Style currently only delivers within Australia. We can ship internationally, just contact us via email or MSN before you make your order!

Shipping Costs

Express Post (1-2 business days): 

0 -  0.5kg - $9.00

>0.5kg - 2kg - $12

>2kg - 5kg - $18.50

 over 5kg - will advise upon order

Registered Post (3-5 business days):

0 - 0.25kg - $6.50

>0.25kg - 0.5kg - $8.20

>0.5kg - 2kg - $11.50

>2kg - 5kg - $16.50

over 5kg - will advise upon order

Customers who are placing any orders above 20kg will need to contact us to get the shipping rate.

Customers who are only ordering lenses must choose registered shipping because it is too costly to package such small items into an express bag.
