iCandy Style permits you to use this site subject to the following terms and conditions. We may update or change these terms and conditions without any notification to you so please check this page occassionally.
Please read through thoroughly and make sure you agree to these terms and conditions prior to using the services provided by iCandy Style.
Products
Please note that the colors of the merchandise depicted in the illustrations may not truly reflect that of the items themselves. This is mainly due to possible differences in lighting of the photography and differences in monitor settings for each individual.
Color availability will vary from product to product. Selections with asterisks are currently not in stock but are available for pre-order .
Make sure you read measurements properly and choose carefully before placing your order as there is a strict "no trying before you buy" policy.
Pre-Order Items
Items that are in the pre-order status can be ordered, just bear in mind that delivery time will be longer (see delivery section regarding pre-order status).
Due to supplier stock levels, some pre-order items may not be available after your order has been placed. If this happens, you will be notified which item is out of stock and either a refund will be given or you can choose another item to replace it. Any price differences will have to be paid or will be refunded to you.
Circle Lenses Disclaimer
Please note that these lenses are purchased at your own risk. It is advised that you consult your optometrist before purchasing/using these lenses as they may not be suitable for everyone. We are not liable for any damage to the eyes due to misguided information or wrongful use of these lenses.
All our GEO lenses come with anti-fake stickers. Please note that lenses with anti-fake stickers of www.colourgeocheck.cn are fake GEO lenses.
GEO's official anti-fake systems for China is www.geocheck.cn and www.fw1860.com for other countries. If you have bought GEO lenses with anti-fake stickerwww.colourgeocheck.cn, please do not use them and ask for a refund. Your eyes are very precious and must be protected from fake lenses which can cause serious damage or blindness.
We've received news from GEO (early May) that there are a new range of fake lenses being sold! Please be aware that GEO does NOT produce diametres larger than 14.8mm.
GEO also does not have such series as XCM 83# - please make sure you are aware of what you're buying! Your eyes are important! Although lenses may be cheaper, they could be fake!

Prices
Prices may change at anytime without notice.
Should there be any backorders, any change in a products price will be reflected in those orders.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order, or any part of an order, for any reason at all.
Payment
Goods will not be shipped unless payment has been received in full.
Goods can be paid for in the following ways:
- Direct payment into our nominated bank account
- Paypal
Should you choose to pay through direct payment into our bank account, goods will not be shipped until funds have been fully cleared into the account.
Payment must be made within 5 working days after the order has been placed. If for any reason you are unable to make payment within this time period, contact must be made via e-mail to iCandy Style to inform us of the situation.
Delivery of Goods
Risk and responsibility of the goods will be passed onto the purchaser at the time of delivery. Property and ownership of the goods will remain that of iCandy Style's until payment has been received in full.
Items that are on pre-order status will have a longer delivery time due to the fact that the items are not in stock at that time (generally within 2-3 weeks). Notice will be given to the purchaser as to how long it will be before they receive those goods, should they wish to purchase those items.
The purchaser is responsible for insurance of the goods at the time of delivery.
Delivery times quoted by us are only estimates and by no means an exact measure.
iCandy Style will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of goods, which are caused by incidents beyond our reasonable control after the goods have left us.
Returns & Exchanges
iCandy Style does not do returns or exchanges for purchased goods. The reason for this is that we inspect all our merchandise thoroughly to make sure there are no faults or damages before posting the goods to you.
We only accept returns and exchanges in the event that the incorrect items have been sent to you and not simply because you are unhappy with the style or colour you have chosen, so check thoroughly before placing your order.
The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs involved in the return or exchange of their items.
Full refunds will only be given in the event that an item you have purchased is out of stock at the time of order. If this happens, you can either choose another item to replace it or be given a refund for the price of the out of stock items.
Please contact us if you have received the wrong items so that arrangements can be made to correct the order. If you are unsure of the processes, do not hesitate to contact us.
Privacy Policy
iCandy Style promises to keep all personal information submitted to us private and confidential.
When becoming a member you may be asked the following:
- Your iCandy Style username and password
- Your name
- You address
- Your contact phone number and/or email address
The information that we gather will be used to allow us to provide the best of service to you, handle any queries you may have relating to your experience with us and to notify you of any changes that will affect your experience at iCandy Style.
At times we may send information about new products and services or special promotions which you may be interested in. If at any time you decide that you do not wish to receive any material from us, please let us know by e-mail.
