How do I order pre-order items?
- You must be a registered member & log in.
- Select your item(s) (color + sizes etc.) and add the item(s) to your cart.
- Click on the Bank Deposit or Paypal link and confirm.
- We will then place your order to our suppliers.
- Once we've received your items we will send out the item(s) if we have already received your payment in full.
What is Free Size?
Free size is actually an M in China sizes but may be an S in Western countries. Most items are free size mainly because we import our clothing from China, however, some styles may have more size selection. It is always wise to measure yourself to see if you can fit the clothing as we can not offer trying and we do not do refunds or exchanges.
Please bear in mind that there may be a 2-3cm difference.
Do you have a shop?
No, we are purely an online shop. If you live in Perth, you are welcome to try on clothes - however, you must organize your way to get to our place of residence.
Clothing Size Chart
All clothing are made from China, so sizes will be slightly smaller. However, free size can fit size 6-10 (Australian Size) normally, and sometimes could even fit size 12 (Australian Size). It usually depends on the style, material of the clothing.
We will always give measurements on each and every one of our clothing so that customers can decide for themselves if the clothes will fit or not. All measurements are approximate, eg. a Top that's bust mentions 86cm, means that it can fit up to 86cm. Having bust 3cm under will be reccommended, but having 86cm bust would have a tight fit.

How do I know which items come with accessories or belts?
Most items do not come with accessories OR belts. If however, the items includes accessories/belts, we mention it in the description. Otherwise you could always double check with us, and we will let you know.
What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty points are reward points which you can earn by purchasing items on our site. Most items can earn you points. After collecting points you may convert them into vouchers, which give you discount on your next order.
You need to purchase an item that is $10 and/or over. If an item is under $10, you will not earn points. So here's the breakdown: $10 = 1 point = $0.20 discount. So for example, if you buy an item which costs $20, you will receive 2 points = $0.40. If the item costs $30 = 3 points = $0.60 etc. If you buy an item which costs $30-$39, you will still earn 3 points.
What's the maximum amount of points I can collect & when can they be transformed into vouchers?
There is NO maximum. You can collect as many points as you want, which could potentially give you a free item.
You can turn your points to vouchers whenever you like. You do not have to convert them as soon as you receive points.
I've got a voucher, what are they? And how do I use them?
Vouchers are like coupons for our site. They give you a certain amount of discount which you can use on your order. However, they can not be used with another voucher (you can't stack), but they can be used on items that are on special.
You can reveice a voucher from the following:
- Registering as a member.
- Converting your loyalty points.
- Your birthday.
- Out of our generosity.
All vouchers have an expiry date, so if you do not use the vouchers before the expiry date, they will disappear. To use them, log in to your account and on the left under "My Account" click on "My Vouchers". This should then take you to a page that shows you all the vouchers you currently have. All vouchers will show a code, which you then use when you check out your order (there's a box at the bottom of the page asking you to add a voucher code - if you have one).

Do you do ship internationally?
We can! However, shipping rates will be different so you will need to contact us before you place your order. This is so we can quote you the shipping rate and give you the final total of your order (we haven't entered international shipping rates to the site).
